Terms and Conditions of Sale February 2026 Edition:
1.Booking conditions : The pitch is personal, it is forbidden to sublet or transfer the pitch to a third party. The booking only becomes effective with the agreement of the campsite, upon receipt of the deposit and upon receipt either of the booking contract duly completed and signed, or after acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale during online booking.
Les Robinsons du Lac campsite offers peaceful stays. The accommodation has been specially designed for this purpose. Les Robinsons du Lac reserves the right to refuse any booking that runs counter to this principle, or which attempts to bypass it. Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. The campsite does not currently have a children's play area. Stays are therefore primarily aimed at adults, particularly fishermen. Before returning the contract, please check availability with the campsite's booking department.
2.Campsite pitch The basic package includes the pitch for a tent, caravan and their vehicle, or a campervan for 1 or 2 people, access to the sanitary facilities and shared fishing areas.
3.Accommodation: Rental properties are fully equipped with furniture, crockery, pillows and duvets. Each accommodation or camping pitch is designed for a specific number of people. For safety and insurance reasons, the maximum number of occupants must not be exceeded. Les Robinsons du Lac reserves the right to refuse access to the campsite to groups or families arriving with a number of participants exceeding the capacity of the rented accommodation. For all rental accommodation (mobile homes, bungalows, wooden chalets), the «beds made on arrival» service is included. Towels are provided.
4.Tariffs and tourist tax : The prices shown are valid for the 2026 season. They are per night and are quoted in euros, inclusive of VAT at 10%. Any subsequent change to the applicable VAT rate occurring between the time the rates were set and the invoicing of the stay will result in a corresponding adjustment to the price including VAT, which the customer accepts without reservation.
The tourist tax amount is €0.45 per day per person aged 18 and over. This tax, which is added to the price of your stay, is charged from 1 April to 30 September and is payable either on site during your stay or at the time of your booking.
5. Payment terms :
For bookings made more than 30 days before the start of the stay, a deposit of 30% must be paid at the time of booking. The balance must be paid no later than 15 days before arrival. For bookings made less than 30 days before the start of the stay, the full amount for the stay must be paid on the day of booking.
Similarly, for any booking of a 1 or 2-night stay, the full amount will be required at the time of booking. Methods of payment: credit card, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, bank cheques in euros clearable in France, holiday vouchers, bank transfers.
If full payment has not been received 30 days before your arrival, Les Robinsons du Lac campsite reserves the right to treat the booking as cancelled. Any payments made will not be refunded.
6. No right of withdrawal :
In accordance with Article L121-19 of the Consumer Code, the Les Robinsons du Lac campsite informs its customers that the sale of accommodation services provided on a specific date, or at a specified frequency, is not subject to the provisions relating to the 14-day cooling-off period.
7. Stay Arrival and departure :
For the camping pitches Arrival from 14:00 to 19:00. Connection to the electrical hook-ups must be made using cables and plugs that comply with current legislation. Please bring a 20-metre cable and a European adapter. The campsite is not in a position to provide the aforementioned equipment. Departure by 12:00 at the latest. Any pitch not vacated by 12:00 will automatically incur a charge for an extra night.
For all rental properties check-in from 16:00. Departure before 11:00. When handing over the keys, a cheque for A deposit of €500.00 will be required Eat in.
The “PARKING” space for the rental, whether on the pitch or nearby, is designed for a single vehicle; any other vehicle must be parked outside the campsite. Any late arrival must be reported before 18:00 so that the campsite can make arrangements.
If you wish to arrive in the morning, you will need to book the night before. Any delay in your arrival time must be reported so that your booking can be held. The manager reserves the right to reallocate the reserved pitch if no news is received within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival date. Payments made will not be refunded.
Any change in the number of people that may result in an increase or decrease in the amount payable must be reported on arrival (visitors’ tax, additional guests exceeding the accommodation’s capacity, and for linen, etc.). In the event of an inaccurate declaration by the customer, this contract shall be automatically terminated and the sums paid shall be retained by the letting agent.
The campsite reserves the right to refuse entry to guests arriving with more people than specified in the package or than the capacity of the accommodation booked, or if the names do not match those on arrival.
During your stay, it is the camper’s responsibility to ensure: the camper is responsible for keeping an eye on their personal belongings (bicycles, fishing tackle, etc.). The campsite accepts no liability in the event of an incident falling within the camper’s civil liability. All guests must comply with the provisions of the campsite rules and regulations. Each registered tenant is responsible for any disturbances or nuisances caused by people staying with them or visiting them.
Departure Rental accommodation: On the day of departure stated in your contract, the rental accommodation must be vacated by 11 am by appointment with the management. The accommodation must be left in a perfectly clean condition, and the inventory may be checked; any broken or damaged items will be at your expense, as will the restoration of the premises should this prove necessary.
For any delayed departure, an additional day may be charged at the current nightly rate.
8. Cautions
On the day of your arrival, a cheque for a deposit of €500.00, you will be asked by the restaurant owners, on site: intended to cover:
Loss of keys / Damage to the property / Unauthorised parties / Stained linen and towels / Smoking in the accommodation / Excessive use of heating / Breach of the rules and failure to maintain cleanliness / Loss of keys or failure to return them
Conditions of Stay :
Without the deposit payment, access to the accommodation will not be authorised.
Désecurity deposit and damages exceeding its amount
This security deposit does not in any way constitute a financial liability cap of the tenant.
In the event of damage, deterioration or destruction attributable to the tenant, in particular in respect of the front door of the property, if the cost of repairs or replacement exceeds the amount of the security deposit, the tenant undertakes to pay the difference in full, upon presentation of the corresponding supporting documents.
The owner or manager reserves the right to retain all or part of the security deposit and of claim any further sum necessary in order to cover the entirety of the loss suffered, without prejudice to any subsequent legal action.
For pitch bookings, a deposit will be requested if equipment is hired.
9. Animals
Pets are permitted on camping pitches and in mobile homes, subject to a fee payable at the time of booking. Category 1 and 2 dogs are strictly prohibited on the campsite.
Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. They must not disturb the peace and safety of the residents and must respect basic standards of hygiene.
The pet's vaccination record must be up to date and in the possession of the owner of the pet during the stay.
An extra charge applies: €10 per animal
10.Cancellations and amendments :
A. Changes to your booking can be made free of charge, subject to availability at the campsite. In the absence of any message from you indicating a postponement of your arrival date, the accommodation or pitch may be put back on sale 24 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the contract, and you will consequently lose the benefit of your reservation.
B.Unused services Any stay interrupted or shortened (late arrival, early departure) on your part shall not give rise to any refund.
C. Cancellation by the campsite: In the event of cancellation by the campsite, the stay will be fully refunded. However, this cancellation shall not give rise to the payment of damages.
D. Cancellation by the camper or tenant: All sums paid will be retained by the campsite.

11 Contractual liability of the customer :
The contractual client for the accommodation or pitch (whose name is given on the booking form) undertakes to use, and ensure that the people accompanying them use, the campsite's equipment and facilities in accordance with their intended purpose and normal use. In particular, they undertake to leave their accommodation or pitch in a good state of cleanliness upon departure at the end of the stay.
Any damage to the premises, loss or destruction of fixtures and fittings in the mobile homes or communal buildings of the campsite shall automatically engage the liability of the perpetrator. The contract holder for accommodation or a pitch is considered personally responsible for all damage, loss, deterioration, disturbance or nuisance caused by persons staying with them or visiting them.
The contract holder for the pitch or accommodation acknowledges that they have read the campsite regulations, and undertakes to comply with them and ensure that they are observed by any accompanying persons or visitors.
When a customer disturbs or causes a nuisance to other customers or damages the integrity of the communal facilities, the campsite reserves the right to terminate their stay immediately without any compensation and without prejudice to any claims for damages that the campsite and third parties may bring against them. The same shall apply if the campsite discovers abusive occupation of the accommodation (number of occupants exceeding the authorised capacity of the rental). The customer certifies on their honour that they hold a third-party liability insurance policy with their insurer covering damage caused to the rented or entrusted property.
- 12. Contractual client liabilityl:
- Under no circumstances does the campsite assume any obligation to guard personal effects and objects within its premises. The campsite's liability, beyond its legal liability, cannot be invoked in the event of:
• theft, loss, damage or deterioration of personal belongings of any kind whatsoever, during or following a stay.
• breakdown or deactivation of technical equipment, breakdown or permanent or temporary closure of certain campsite facilities when these are beyond its control and linked to force majeure events. Or one-off measures taken by the campsite management to restrict access to certain facilities when made necessary by compliance with safety standards or periodic maintenance work.
• damage caused by or to the vehicles of customers parked or driving within the campsite premises, even in the event that they have been expressly authorised to enter.
• modification of the entertainment program or proposed activities. In the low season, and for reasons related to occupancy levels, the campsite reserves the right to modify or cancel certain scheduled services or entertainment. For any booking in the low season, we advise you to contact the campsite to confirm these points.
13. Right to one's image
- During your stay, you may be photographed and appear in all our publications and any type of media without limitation of time. In case of refusal, you must notify this by registered letter before your arrival.
14. Personal data
The collection of personal data, its use for the purpose of processing orders and building customer files, and its dissemination to third parties responsible for the execution and payment of orders, is subject to the consent of the data subject. The processing of personal data, which is collected and stored by the seller solely for the proper administration of orders and commercial relations, has been declared to the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés). Personal data is only kept for the duration strictly necessary for the service provided. The service provider only collects and uses the data strictly necessary to satisfy the needs and services for which it was collected. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés), the recipient of the service has the right at any time to access, modify, rectify, object to, and delete personal data concerning them, as well as the right to limit its processing and data portability.
As the data controller is our administrative department, for any request in this regard, you simply need to write to the campsite address, indicating your surname, first name and address. The service provider incorporates personal data protection requirements into all its new procedures and service offerings. The service provider undertakes not to disclose information relating to its client or their property to which it may have had access during the performance of its service. Furthermore, this data will not be transferred to a non-European Union state.
15. Complaints
All complaints relating to the conditions in which the stay took place must be made on site to the Management in order to enable the latter to find an immediate solution. If you are not satisfied with the response, you have the option of contacting the MCP MEDIATION mediation centre by submitting a file online on the following website http://www.mcpmediation.org or by post: Médiation de la Consommation & Patrimoine – 12 Square Desnouettes – 75015 PARIS.
In the event of a dispute that cannot be amicably resolved, the Commercial Court of Boulogne-sur-Mer shall have jurisdiction.
